Cancellation Policy

• Order can be cancelled before dispatch is initiated. Once an order is processed, it will not be eligible for cancellation.
• Please note, if in any circumstance there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept, must be cancelled. Vriksha Veda reserves all the rights, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
• If any fraudulent transaction is suspected by any customer which defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we are at the sole discretion of cancelling such orders.
