Order Processing Time
We usually dispatch the orders in 1-2 working days and it will take 4-5 days next to that to deliver your parcel (depends on your pin code).
Shipping Rates
Our delivery charges are Rs.50/- on prepaid orders and Rs.100/- in case of Cash on Delivery.
Shipping is free on all Prepaid orders above Rs.499/-.
Shipping Methods and Delivery
We work with almost all courier partners in India. We ship through DELHIVERY, BLUEDART, DTDC, FEDEX, EKART, PROFESSIONAL. For areas unserviceable through them we ship through INDIA POST.
Courier company will attempt for delivery 3 times if in any case customer is unavailable/ unreachable. After that product will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin). In that case, customer need to pay for return and reship courier charges and after that we will reship the product.
Vriksha Veda Shipping Policy for COD Orders
Please note that if you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) for your order and subsequently reject the parcel upon delivery, your account will be permanently blocked from placing future COD orders on our website. We kindly request that you carefully consider your COD orders to avoid any inconvenience.
Prepaid Order Delivery & Re-shipping Policy
For prepaid orders, we request customers to ensure timely acceptance of the delivery. In case a prepaid order is not accepted at the time of delivery and is returned to us, the customer will be required to bear the re-shipping charges for sending the parcel again.
In case you request a refund, the to-and-fro shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount, as these costs are charged by the courier company.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
