  • Products cannot be returned or exchanged in any circumstance. If you have a product loss like spillage or breakage of the container, we will replace the product for you within 24-48 working hours.
  • Once the parcel has been dispatched, we will not accept any requests for exchanges or returns. In the event that the parcel is returned, the customer will be responsible for both the initial and return shipping charges. Furthermore, refusal to accept delivery will lead to a permanent ban on future orders. We deeply value both our clients and the efforts of our farmers and team, as well as the impact on our planet.
  • No return will be accepted without uncut opening video for any kind of complaint (defective or product missing).
  • Please note, we do not accept any refund or exchange requests once the product is opened.
