1. What is the Navara Facial Kit?
The Navara Facial Kit is a complete 5-step self-care ritual inspired by traditional Ayurvedic practices. It combines exfoliation, facial massage (Abhyanga), facial steaming (Swedana) Navara Potli therapy, and a nourishing face pack (Lepa) to create a relaxing at-home facial experience.

5. Can men use this facial kit?
Absolutely. The Navara Facial Kit is suitable for both women and men above 16 years of age.


6. What makes Navara Rice special?
Navara (Njavara) Rice is a traditional Ayurvedic rice variety valued for its nourishing and rejuvenating properties. It has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic wellness rituals.


7. Do I need to use milk with the Navara Potli?
Warm milk is traditionally recommended for soaking the potli. However, warm water can also be used if preferred.


8. What should I do with the softened Navara Rice after the massage?
After the facial massage, open the potli and mix the softened rice with a little milk or rose water. Apply it as a face pack for 5–10 minutes before rinsing.


9. What should I do with the Varnya Powder after soaking the potli?
The remaining Varnya Powder and milk/water/rose water mixture can be applied as a face pack. Leave it on for 10–15 minutes and rinse with water.


10. Can I use the products individually?
Yes. Each product can be used on its own, but using them together as a complete ritual provides the most wholesome self-care experience.
