About the Workshop

I know that when you first hear about this, you might wonder, "Do we really need to learn this? Isn't oil massage something we already know?"

To be honest, I had the same thought once.

But when I started learning, practicing and reading about this beautiful art, I realized that Abhyanga is much more than simply applying oil. It is an ancient ritual of nourishment, healing, and mindful touch that teaches us how to care for our bodies with intention.

And the more I learnt, the more I fell in love with its wisdom.

In Ayurveda, Sneha means both oil and love. Through this workshop, we invite women to rediscover the ancient Indian tradition of self-nourishment, healing touch, and mindful rituals that bring balance to the body and calm to the mind.

Designed exclusively for women, this immersive experience explores the wisdom of Ayurvedic self-care and the art of touch to support physical, emotional, and hormonal well-being. Whether you are seeking deeper rest, hormonal balance, beauty rituals, or simply a slower and more intentional way of living, this workshop offers practical tools and timeless traditions that can become a part of your everyday life.

Whether you are a beginner, wellness enthusiast, or simply someone seeking a slower and more intentional lifestyle, this workshop offers practical wisdom that can become a part of your daily life.
